  1. Responsibilities Mr. Rector is Chairman and CEO of all Bromont entities as well as managing member of all single and multiple property Limited Liability Companies or Joint Ventures. Career Summary With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Rector has engaged in numerous successful partnerships and ventures. In 1993, Mr. Rector founded Bromont, along side his pursuit of other opportunities such as Division President of Koll Real Estate Group, and a joint venture entity, Artemis Realty Group. Mr. Rector's track record includes the ground up development of over 2 million square feet of Class A office space and 3.5 million square feet of retail space, and the redevelopment of retail portfolios in excess of 2.5 million SF. Mr. Rector directs the full scope of acquisition, management and development services for each of the Bromont entities. Under his leadership, Bromont and its predecessor entities have developed more than 5.5 million SF of office, retail, and residential real estate throughout the United States. Responsibilities In conjunction with interfacing with outside counsel and third party consultants, Mr. Rector oversees all development activities, inclusive of management and coordination of entitlements, planning, engineering, pre-leasing and marketing of development projects as Senior Vice President and Director of Development. Career Summary Worked for The Grupe Company as a Forward Planner from 2004-2006; responsibilities included development of several Master Planned Communities in California’s Central Valley including gated and non-gated high density and low density residential developments. In 2006, Mr. Rector began working at Bromont as a property manager. Opportunity presented itself with the Augustalee project and the need for a qualified entitlement expert as well as an office manager to start an east coast base of operations for Bromont.   3. Running statistical analysis with oversight from Walt and Josh. Providing insight to positive site improvements. Providing feedback and statistics for conference calls, teleconferences, in-person meetings. Managing site changes and updates. Creating proformas and other matrices for detailed analysis and discussions. Updating invested parties on site progress, condition, and changes. Writing LOIs, memorandums, and other methods of communication. Analyzing outstanding OM’s in order to find new investment potentials.

  4. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. Developed brand strategy and statistics systems.
